Stay on the Beach, Not Near It! All units are **oceanfront**, offering breathtaking views and direct beach access. Our complex features four units, including 2-bedroom/2-bath and 3-bedroom/3-bath options, accommodating 10-13 guests. Accommodations: - 3BR/3BA unit with a full kitchen - Bedrooms: 1 Queen, 2 Queens, 2 Doubles, plus a Queen Sleeper and Rollaway - Convenient 1st-floor location with no stairs - Spacious living areas (LR/DR/KIT combo) - Fully equipped with cooking and dining utensils - Central air/heat and ceiling fans - Shared washer/dryer - Private parking for two vehicles - Outdoor deck with shared charcoal grills and outdoor shower - Entertainment: 2-3 flat-screen TVs (40 inch), WIFI, DVD/VCR combo - Shared deck box with beach toys, games, chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards Additional Units: We offer two 2-bedroom/1-bath units for 6-8 guests and a 2-bedroom/2-bath units for 10 guests. Perfect for family gatherings—rent all four units for a private, yet communal vacation experience! Pet-Friendly: We welcome friendly, housebroken dogs with a $100 pet fee per dog (subject to weight and breed approval). House Rules
- Renters must be 25 or older - Weight and breed of all pets must be provided and pre approved - Pets must be on monthly flea meds - Pets are NOT allowed on beach 10AM-5PM between: May 15-Sept 15 - No cats allowed - Any guests BEYOND the number listed on your itinerary and electronic confirmation will incur a $50 per person per night penalty. We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy of 13 guests.
