- Renters must be 25 or older - Weight and breed of all pets must be provided and pre approved - Pets must be on monthly flea meds - Pets are NOT allowed on beach 10AM-5PM between: May 15-Sept 15 - No cats allowed - Any guests BEYOND the number listed on your itinerary and electronic confirmation will incur a $50 per person per night penalty. We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy of 9 guests.
